Graduated from Tongji University with a master’s degree in physics,he has been engaged in financial services for scientific and technological innovation enterprises for a long time. He is currently the director of the semiconductor and new energy industry of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Scientific and Technological Innovation Enterprise Financial Service Center (Shanghai). He leads the team to serve new companies including Envision Energy, Zhiji Automobile, and Green Technology Bank, Industry-university-research institutions in the fields of energy vehicles and new energy power generation.

At the same time, he is responsible for the construction of ecosystems such as the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Financial Alliance, as well as the innovation of technological financial credit products. He has many years of experience in technological financial enterprise services and credit product innovation.
