Vice President Min Zhengqi is from Bank of China Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone Special Area Branch. He graduated from Shanghai University with a full-time undergraduate degree and from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with an on-the-job master’s degree. He has successively served as the president of Shanghai Zhangjiang Branch, Chuansha Branch, and Pudong International Airport Branch of Bank of China. Min Zhengqi is currently fully responsible for the strategic planning, decision-making and development of the inclusive financial business of the new branch of the Bank of China Pilot Free Trade Zone, effectively balancing the relationship between compliance development and innovative breakthroughs, and promoting the steady innovation and stable development of the inclusive financial business. Especially in the innovative exploration of the digital inclusive financial development model, the “online + offline” coexistence model is used to facilitate corporate financing, and to support the rapid development of small and micro, individual and real economies with inclusive speed.
