Cao Li, female, holds a PhD in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Visiting scholar at the University of Iowa College of Business. Associate professor of finance at the School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Ocean University, and postgraduate tutor. She has published more than 60 papers in domestic and foreign economic and management journals. She has participated in a number of national-level projects or presided over a number of provincial and ministerial-level research projects, and published 4 academic books and 3 textbooks. She participated in winning 1 third prize of Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences Scientific Research Achievement Award; 1 third prize of Shanghai Decision-making Consulting Achievement Award. She serves as a director of the Shanghai Rural Economics Association, a director of the China Forestry, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Economics and Fishery Economics Professional Committee, a director of the China Green Finance Research Alliance, a member of the 2nd Committee of the Environmental Economics Branch of the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences, and a member of the Yangtze River Ecological Protection Strategic Research Center.
