He graduated from Dalian Maritime University Law School in 2002 and obtained a master’s degree in maritime law from Shanghai Maritime University. He currently serves as the deputy general manager of the commercial insurance underwriting department, general manager of the marine insurance line, and general manager of the shipping insurance operation center of Huatai Property Insurance Co., Ltd. He currently serves as an arbitrator of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission, a member of the Shanghai International Maritime Arbitration Expert Database of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, a member of the Insurance Industry Risk Assessment Expert Committee of China Insurance Guarantee Fund Co., Ltd., and a specialist in inspection services (“One Belt and Road Initiative” construction) of the Shanghai Shipping Insurance Association. Chairman of the committee, he once served as a member of the Legal and Liability Professional Committee of the International Union of Marine Insurance (IUMI).
