He holds a master’s degree in project management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is a member of the American Project Management Association. Currently, he is the general manager of the Strategic Planning Department (Information Center) of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (Hong Kong) Shipping Leasing Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for strategic planning, market research, state-owned enterprise reform, digital transformation, equity investment, strategic emerging business development and other businesses. In 2019, he participated in the implementation of China Ship Leasing’s Hong Kong listing. In 2021 and 2022, he won the “Double Hundred Action” reform “benchmark” of two central enterprises. Since 2022, he has been responsible for developing new energy business and successfully promoted five 174,000-cubic-meter LNG ships, the 19th Asian Games new energy cruise ship project and other projects.
