Gaopan Huang, Ph.D. in Computer Application Technology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Senior Expert of AI Technical Service at Alibaba Cloud. Huang received the PhD degree from the Institute of Automation, Chinese ACademy of Sciences, Beijing, in 2012, and now is the head of the Intelligent Technical Service in the Global Technical Service Department of Alibaba Cloud. He is mainly responsible for the landing of AI technologies in different government and enterprise scenarios, including optimization of large language models, optimization and scene adaptation of AI algorithms, data analysis and mining, and full-process AI technical platform services, and has rich experience in implement AI technical service. He has worked successively for State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., and provided AI technical service for more than 10 industries such as different ministries, manufacturing, transportation, automobiles, electric power and energy, and natural resources, obtaining over 20 authorized invention patents.
