Mr. LI holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Technology.  He currently serves as the General Manager of the Financial Technology Department of Citic Wealth Management Company.  Dr. LI has previously held positions as the General Manager of the IT Center of Ping An Trust, the General Manager of the Technical Management Department of Shanghai Clearing House, and the VP of State Street Bank.  He has over the past 20 years of comprehensive experience in financial technology positions at internationally and domestically renowned financial institutions, with over 10 years of experience as head of technology and management.  Dr. LI has rich experience in building technology management systems and business systems from 0 to 1, including requirements, architecture, development, testing, operation and maintenance, security, data, and innovation.  With a solid and comprehensive background in financial technology, Dr. LI is familiar with business and information technology applied in financial markets, payment and settlement, asset management, fund custody, etc., with emerging technologies applications including artificial intelligence, blockchain, internet, big data and high-performance computing in a scenario-based manner.  Dr. LI has rich practical experience in organizing and completing innovative projects such as intelligent risk management, intelligent management, and wealth management sales.
