Andy Wang, holds multiple degrees including MBA degree with distinction from The University of Hong Kong, Master degree in Software Engineering from East China Normal University and BS degree from Tongji University. He is also a CFA Charterholder. 

In his role of Fidelity International Dalian Site Head, Andy is responsible for overseeing the service delivery across a mixed business including Wealth, Brokerage, Enterprise Technology and Fidelity Center of Applied Technology. He also supervises the technology department of Fidelity International Fund Management (China) Company Limited.

With over 20 years of experience in financial services, he has honed his skills as a business-savvy technology leader with a balanced combination of tech expertise and business acumen. Andy is dedicated to building a customer-obsessed team that can deliver exceptional customer experiences through innovative digital solutions and modernized technology platforms, grounded by the culture of entrepreneurship. Andy has an unwavering commitment to scaling services that bring value to Fidelity’s global clients, and leverage Fidelity’s global expertise and technology capability to support the success of China AMC business.
