Li Zengquan, male, born in November 1974, Han nationality, from Shouguang, Shandong Province, postgraduate student, doctor of management, professor. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1994 and started working in June 2000. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The research field is accounting and financial issues in China’s capital market. The main research directions include capital market intermediaries, social relations and information transmission, incentive mechanisms of state-owned enterprises, and family business governance structures. Recently, he is engaged in research on the behavior of analysts in my country’s capital market, financial media reporting bias, and methods of obtaining public fund information. He has published 40 papers in The Accounting Review, Management Science, “Economic Research”, “Management World”, “Accounting Research” and other domestic and overseas journals, and published two books including“Institutions, Governance and Accounting”, “State Holdings and the Effectiveness of Corporate Governance”, and chaired a number of national, provincial and ministerial level projects. The “Corporate Governance in Emerging Markets” course offered to undergraduates in recent years is based on the theory of property rights economics and interprets corporate governance in emerging markets from an accounting and financial perspective.
