Ms. Xu Ying is the executive chairman and chief investment officer of VS Partners (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (“Vishi”), a member of Fortune magazine’s 2022 China’s Most Influential Business Women (Future List), and a “Super Bridge” Co-Founder of the Council.

Ms. Xu has been deeply involved in the Asia-Pacific capital market for more than 20 years and is an expert in private equity investment credit and structured products in primary and secondary markets. Visho is the first to introduce the Outsourced Chief Investment Office (“OCIO”) asset management model that has emerged in developed markets in the past two decades in China. With its global institutional multi-asset allocation method and independent investment research capabilities, Vishi has integrated mainland China and the multi-asset classes of the offshore capital market are organically integrated into the global asset allocation system, providing highly customized multi-asset global investment solutions to institutional and private investors from many countries.

Before founding Vishi, Ms. Xu founded a fund management company with a management scale of over US$1 billion, and led it to win the Golden Bull Award for three consecutive years. Prior to this, Ms. Xu worked in the emerging market private equity fund department of Capital Group, one of the largest fund management companies in the United States, managing over US$3 billion in emerging market private equity funds.
