Mr. Wang Weijun holds a bachelor’s degree in international economics from Peking University, an MBA from the University of Warwick, and is the chairman of the board of supervisors of the Peking University Shanghai Alumni Association, a distinguished expert of the China Local AMC Forum, and the vice president of the Liaoning Maritime Law Society.

Mr. Wang Weijun has worked for Baosteel Group, Shenwan Securities, Far East Leasing and other units. He engaged in risk management, non-performing assets/alternative asset management and investment for more than 20 years. While at Far East Horizon, he led the team to resolve/dispose of about 4,000 risk projects exceeding 40 billion yuan; he also led the Far East’s market-oriented AMC business, strategically invested in 6 local AMCs including Zheshang, Shaanxi, and Tianjin, and served as directors of five AMCs.
