Dr. Wang Dequan, CEO of Governance Solutions Group Co., Ltd. Dr. Wang is a senior expert in the capital markets and sustainable development industries.

Dr. Wang is the founding director of the China Financial 40 Forum and an expert on China’s ESG 30. He also serves as an expert of the Sustainable Investment Committee of the China Asset Management Association, an expert consultant of the ESG Professional Committee of the China Insurance Asset Management Association, deputy director of the Sustainable Investment Committee of the Hong Kong Chinese Asset Management Association, and a senior member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Dr. Wang holds a bachelor’s degree from Peking University, a master’s degree from Harvard Law School, and a doctorate in finance from Stanford University.
