Born in 1972, graduate student, PhD in economics, member of the Communist Party of China, and professor. He is currently the president and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Main research areas: open macroeconomics; monetary policy and inflation; China’s economic growth.
