Mr. Lu Xiaojun is the head and senior partner of Willis Towers Watson’s organizational talent and rewards business in China. Mr. Lu has consulting experience in various consulting fields to assist clients in designing and implementing systems. In the past fifteen years of consulting experience, he has participated in projects ranging from state-owned enterprise restructuring design, corporate governance structure design, corporate development strategy consulting, organizational structure and corporate management and control model design, job analysis and job grade structure establishment, strategic reward system design, performance management system design, capability and quality model, process management, etc.

Mr. Lu graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and later obtained an MBA from the University of Southampton in the UK. He has served as the chief strategy officer/human resources director/director of a research institute for a listed securities company, a director of a public offering of fund, and a senior executive of a trust company.
