Mr. Penny Chen joined Baida Shirui (Shanghai) Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., a wholly foreign-owned enterprise of Pictet Asset Management in Shanghai, in November 2020, as the general manager and legal representative. Based in Shanghai, he is responsible for developing the company’s overall business strategy in China, including product sales and distribution.

Before joining Baida Shirui (Shanghai) Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Penny Chen served as an executive director of JP Morgan Chase Bank (China) and served as a global liquidity product customer consultant in the Asia-Pacific region, serving multinational and local corporate customers in North China. Penny Chen also worked at Beijing Gaohua Securities, leading the global liquidity product sales department. He has also worked in the corporate banking departments of Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase, providing cash management and trade finance solutions to multinational companies.

Mr. Penny Chen received an MBA degree from KEDGE Business School (Shanghai) in France.
