Dr. Li Xiaowei, deputy general manager of Fullgoal Fund Management Co., Ltd., is in charge of quantitative investment and multi-asset allocation investment.

He joined Fullgoal Fund in June 2009 and served successively as public fund manager, general manager of the quantitative investment department, and deputy general manager of the company in charge of quantitative investment, overseas equity investment, and multi-asset allocation investment. Before joining Fullgoal, he served as Greater China Active Equity Investment Director, Senior Fund Manager, and Senior Researcher at Barclays International Investment Management Co., Ltd. (BGI), and Senior Researcher at MSCIBarra Equity Research Department.

Bachelor’s degree from Peking University, Master’s degree from Princeton University, and PhD degree from Stanford University.
